The emergency exit door on the first floor was inoperable during a fire drill!!! The room walls could use better soundproofing since noises from adjacent rooms were noticeably disruptive!!!

Ideal for families with small kids

The room was surprisingly clean, and I appreciated the effort of the maids. They really do a good job. Plus, the water refilling station near the elevator is a solid touch, especially after a long day out. I never had to buy bottled water again.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but honestly, worth it still.
